描写杀手与目标之间禁断之恋的爱情喜剧。中川大志饰演的是实力强大的杀手却总在关键时刻出错。 中川大志饰演的主角男虎柊，是一个外表甜美，拥有超群运动神经的纯洁青年。5岁时亲生父母去世后，被父亲的好友男虎丈一郎抚养长大，但丈一郎其实是拥有“五黄之虎”别名的传说中的杀手。有一次，因为丈一郎被杀害而知道了他的真面目的柊，为了复仇，决定自己也要成为杀手。 论杀手的身体能力是无可挑剔的柊在准备周全后，接近暗杀目标鸣宫美月，但是自己的不走运作祟，无论如何都无法解决目标，而且还多次拯救鸣宫美月，柊在杀意和爱意萌生的夹缝中纠结着。
